Intended usage:
To examine Coxsackie virusin human serum/plasma.Coxsackie virus-group A(include 23 kinds of serum), group B (6 kinds of serum) and echovirus belong to small RNA virus family of the intestinal virus.Enteropathogenspread thevirusacrossthe world. Its transmission mainly was manure spread through the mouth,but also by droplets.The incubation period is 12 hours to 35 days.Ninety percent of the enteroviruses issubclinicaland can cause one-time.Upper respiratory discomfort showing such symptoms as sore throats,fever with or withoutrhinitis.There will be pharyngitis, tonsillitis, and influenza in adults patients.
